dc.description.abstractIn this paper language was defined both in terms of words and symbols including models or techniques. It has been described as a vehicle for communication. And communication is viewed as a means of discharging the function of the manager. It is therefore concluded that language is an effective tool for both the training and the performance of the manager. The manager must possess mastery of language for effective discharge of his duties.en_US
